INSULATED POOLS
In 2019 Jarrod & Sara built their own insulated swimming pool in the spirit of energy efficiency & sustainability to go with their Passive House living in Bowral. The construction method is commonly used for concrete pools in the northern hemisphere (such as Canada and Sweden) to make them energy efficient when heating the pool. This type of insulated pool construction works well, in the Southern Highlands cooler climate, in combination with a heat pump & thermal pool cover on top to give you that extended pool usage throughout the year.
Jarrod Olsen & Co has since successfully executed multiple insulated pool installations for our clientele here in the Southern Highlands. These pools are thoughtfully equipped with state-of-theart freshwater technology, ensuring that water quality is maintained without the need for harsh chemicals. Additionally, they feature energy-efficient heat pumps, enabling the year-round pool enjoyment.
